APsystems' YC600 solar microinverters allow you to easily optimize the performance of your solar array, while simplifying installation by eliminating the need for expensive and specialized high-voltage DC equipment and wiring. Standard DC "series string" solar installations leave every panel in your array at the mercy of the lowest performing panel in the same string. If one panel is 50% shaded, all panels in the string suffer the same performance reduction.
With your photovoltaic panels installed in pairs with YC600 microinverters, each panel is fully independent from the others, and all panels benefit from individual Maximum Power Point Tracking, which all works together to boost your system performance up to 20%! Up to 14 PV panels (with 7 YC600 inverters) can be installed in one 240V AC circuit, all protected by a single 20A breaker.
Maximum Power Output: 500W (from two solar modules)
Individual MPPT for each panel

From the manufacturer:
Conventional “string” systems only operate as efficiently as the lowest-performing module, meaning reduced output from a shadow or leaf on one module cuts output across all modules in the array. Our microinverter technology individually monitors and maximizes power generation for each module in the array, boosting system efficiency by up to 20 percent. One APsystems unit handles two PV modules, lowering installation and balance-of-system costs.
