With the XC-QL4-K1 kit, you can keep up to 4 12-volt lead acid batteries in optimum condition, using a single XC100-P Maintenance Charger, and a XC-QL4 charger multiplier. The QuadLink (XC-QL4) acts as a multiplier so the capabilities of the charger are passed through to the batteries via the QuadLink. The battery charger is always in full control of the charging process.
Utilizing a simple plug and play system QuadLink splits and distributes 10-minute charge segments sequentially from battery to battery, making remembering to switch your battery charger back and forth between batteries in storage obsolete. Cycle rotation will continue indefinitely without overcharging – maintaining the charge of up to eight batteries for you automatically. For best results, batteries should start off in a fully charged state. If you want to charge fewer than eight batteries, the QuadLink multiplier will recognize this and skip any open channels after a circuit verification test. The station or battery that is currently being charged is indicated by a blinking LED light on the QuadLink.

By combining the distribution power of the QuadLink with the XC100-P you are able to keep up to FOUR 12V batteries in optimum condition. During the XC100-P’s maintenance cycle, PulseTech’s patented, optimized frequency pulsing constantly works to minimize and reduce naturally occurring battery sulfation ? the main cause of battery failures. The kit also includes an XC-822 battery tester, so you can check and see if your batteries need to be charged up before putting them on the maintenance system for the off-season.
Everything about the XC-QL4 kit is designed to be easy to use. No need to select a voltage or battery type setting, because the XC charger does that for you. No need to worry about overcharging, because charge current automatically sets to the perfect maintenance voltage. You can’t even hook it up wrong, thanks to the reverse connection indicator! The quick disconnect feature allows you to permanently attach lugs to the battery and easily switch between lugs and clamps. The status light column shows you when the unit power is on, pulsing and charging. The battery light column indicates the percentage of the battery’s state of charge ? 25%, 50%, 75% or 100%.
