All models feature a continuous cast-iron grate over the entire cooking area, battery-powered spark ignition, and both a high-powered 15,000 BTU burner and a 600-6000 BTU precision simmer burner. The 36″ Premier Pro range also includes a 12000 BTU burner and three 91000 BTU high-efficiency burners.
